"Bridging Realms" picks up where "Lifewoven" left off. The piano driven metal that they produce calls to mind the 1970s Canterbury Prog Rock scene (like Camel, Hatfield and the North, etc.). Obviously, the metal aspects make this a much different sort of beast. Being able to weave metallic riffs and despairing shrieks in the same song as Gentle Giant-like funky prog....well, it is something else.
